Even Professor Snape felt a little glum over Wiarton Willie's passing and raised a bottle of Woodchuck cider in his honour last night. (Actually, I think he ended up using a straw rather than actually raising the bottle). This photo heralds a new era. This past week we finally succumbed to the lure of digital cameras and I'm in the process of figuring out its various bells and whistles; I'll write more about that soon but just to let you know I will be posting photos both here and on my flickr site on a regular basis. I'm scanning my Newfoundland photos and will be adding those to flickr shortly too. And,I've still not got speakers or sound in my office-- perhaps next week.
