Have you ever watched Cheddar age? I hadn't either until I discovered Cheddarvison this morning. If the suspense is killing you, you can watch a YouTube time lapse video. Or you can engage in the "is it real??" debates.
After watching this for three minutes, I think we could start a new phrase: "It's like watching cheddar age." Then again, you could decide for yourself what's more interesting watching cheddar age or watching paint dry?. Or watching hens do whatever hens do during the day. The Guardian has a neat-o article about the dull yet fascinating things you could look at on the web.
PS: Mita just stopped by to suggest that there really should be a webcam with hens AND cheese. Takers anyone?
